The Silk Road brought people closer to the rich heritage of traditional cuisine, featuring diverse ingredients and dishes from various regions, including nuts, meats, bread, grains, sweets, fruits, vegetables, spices, and tea.
We started this journey on Yonge Street, the longest street in the world to embrace diversity in Canada through the flavors of the Silk Road and beyond.
